This experience, coupled with Richard's resourceful and tenacious nature and the personal interest that he takes in every client, results in integrated and pragmatic solutions to real estate opportunities and problems.

Richard's active involvement in a number of nonprofit organizations during his career, coupled with more recent legal work in philanthropic tax planning, gives him a pragmatic understanding of tax-exempt organizations and philanthropic planning.

Early in his career, Richard served as counsel for several companies involved in alternative energy production utilizing cogeneration and solar technologies.
