Paul L. Vorndran Paul L. Vorndran has been a Colorado trial and litigation attorney for more than twenty years. His practice emphasizes complex civil matters in state and federal courts and in a variety of arbitration forums. One of Paul’s areas of expertise is securities litigation and regulation. Drawing upon more than six years with the Colorado Attorney General's office where he represented the Colorado Securities and Insurance Commissioners, he has extensive experience in the areas of investment and insurance regulation and litigation. Paul represents individuals and businesses licensed as investment advisers, investment adviser representatives, broker-dealers, securities sales representatives and insurance producers in regulatory matters as well as customer disputes. Paul also represents consumers and investors in actions against broker-dealers, investment advisers and insurance producers. He has litigated a variety of business disputes involving non-compete agreements, trade secrets, commercial contracts, fiduciary duties, the Lanham Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul founded a law firm with a general litigation practice, and subsequently joined the Office of the Colorado Attorney General. He then served as in-house counsel for a private company primarily defending consumer protection claims brought throughout the country. Paul has tried more than 50 matters in the state and federal courts along with arbitration forums including FINRA, the Judicial Arbiter Group, Inc. and the American Arbitration Association. Paul is Special Counsel to the firm.
