Edgar L. Neel's commercial litigation practice focuses on the representation of contractors, insurers and surety companies in complex claims matters and litigation. He has represented fidelity carriers in coverage cases throughout the Rocky Mountain Region; his contract and commercial surety experience has been similarly extensive. Edgar's trial and appellate experience includes matters in State, Federal, and Bankruptcy Courts.

Edgar was selected as a Colorado Superlawyer in the area of Construction/Surety in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. Edgar is a director and shareholder of the firm.
